great for extra seating in the room stay when guests are over, perfect to hold all steps blankets/cushions for the lounge. feels like real leather, not cheap or plastic-y at all. the pins on the bottom are optional put it is actually nice. I chose not to add them and I prefer the look. colour matches most all dark brown leather furniture that you would find elsewhere, so it fits in well with the rest of the room and not stick out.
